Before sale

1.   Our company has experienced staff to support you for selecting suitable eyewash station according the working conditions. You could reach us by email, call, WhatsApp, visiting us and so on.

2.   Sometime we shall customize products according to customers’ request. Prepare the quotation sheet, data and drawing, and just need to change our company name to be yours, and forward it to your customer to get the order.

3.   Also we could check the freight cost for you if by air or by express. Supply the documents that your customer might require, such as material certificate, ANSI, CE, EAC, explosion-proof certificate, COO and so on.

After Sale

1.   We would finish production in time. And could accept the third party for inspection before delivery and give necessary support as we could / should.

2.   Normally we would assemble all the parts of the emergency shower rooms. So, customers just need to fix them on the floor and connect the electricity. It would save a lot of cost.

3.   Also, we would give the installation and maintenance instructions. If any questions, we could have meetings online.

4.   The warranty period for our product is 12 months. We will be responsible for solving problems caused by the quality of the product itself during the warranty period, such as technical guidance, replacement of parts, replacement and other measures. After 12 months, we would support our customers if any questions ASAP.
